SUMMARY:Timbers of Vinings Condominium Association Annual Meeting 2025
DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this meeting will be to elect members of the Board of Directors and to conduct any other business that may come before the members. Additional candidates may be nominated from the floor at the meeting before the election begins. Each lot/unit may cast one (1) vote as authorized by the Declaration and Bylaws. Members can be disqualified from voting as provided by the Declaration and Bylaws if they are not current in their assessments. If you cannot attend\, you may vote by proxy. The approved Directed Proxy is also enclosed. In order for you to use a Proxy to vote for a candidate\, you must specify the name of the candidate. You can check off the name of the candidate if listed on the Proxy or write in the names of the candidates of your choice. (However\, for a ballot to be used for a write-in candidate that person must be nominated from the floor at the election.) You may also submit your Proxy for quorum purposes only with no voting authority. You may vote only once for each candidate. Four (4) positions on the board are available. Please only vote for at least four (4) candidates. If you vote for more than three (4) candidates your Proxy will be disqualified and not counted. We urge all members to attend this important meeting or to submit their Directed Proxies. Quorum is achieved by the presence in person or by proxy of fourteen (14) homeowners\, per the Bylaws for the Association.
